Recommended dental products

• Hide chewies 
the bigger the better but take care as some dogs choke on them 
• Fish Jerky - our favourite !
dried fish skin, teeth have to force their way through this, 100% protein.
Use in combination with tooth brushing
• Tooth brushing
Best for canine and incisor teeth, which are not used when chewing 
• Raw bones eg lamb ribs
cheap, effective, size of bones needs careful choice to avoid tooth fracture, and will not clean incisors and canines well. Best chosen with lots of meat on them - 'meat with bones included' is much better than 'bones with a bit of meat left on'
