can calculate the approximate amount of carbohydrate in a a diet by
adding up the above factors : protein, oil/fat, ash, & fibre. Deduct
from 100 to get carbohydrate.
In reality, the analysis levels are
probably minimums, so put maybe 5% in the equation as a 'fudge factor'
So
we have a total of 100 minus (23, 10, 6.5, 3, 8, & 5 ff) = 45 approx
